I think it's written by a German originally. Not sure where you're from, but in Europe we're able to make wire transfers for free for a long time; I can just send you some money given a SEPA number, and this is increasingly available in real-time.
Sure, it could be made easier. Flohmarkt is quite a young project though; the first time I heard about it was last summer at cccamp.
- poisonborz 3y agoI know, but users of such a federated project might prefer something more private than disclosing a real name/IBAN. In comparison, even Paypal (with a @username or mail address) is a bit more private.
