  Seriously who gives a shit what the house does? It's basically a filter for the real issues in the Senate.

    That's exactly how the system was designed to work-- a feature, not a bug, to let hot issues simmer down before passage.

        He means that the framers' idea was that the Senate should moderate the House, which is true.
