The worst part to me is their inability to tell the truth because of what seems to be legal reasons?
- upon_drumhead 3y agoIt’s not illegal to tell the truth, but it might open them up for lawsuits, so there’s little to no upside for the company and an unknown possible downside, so no one does it.
- itsdrewmiller 3y agoWhere did they not tell the truth? Is zero sales in four months normal performance?
