- sosodev 3y agoHow is this an incubator? It sounds like a contracting company that sells you shovelware for a huge discount.
- mamonster 3y agoIncubator is probably a strong word, but man a lot of these SaaS tools that charge by seat are dead in the water. 1 good generalist engineer can probably create an inhouse tool that does 80% of the functionality and cut the software out completely. Personal example: A KYC/KYB tool for finance is something like 1k a month(so 12k a year) for a small company, for very simplistic stuff(checking that customer/business is not under sanctions or etc). New hire built a tool that does webscraping+summary for basically free + shaved off like 3-4 hours of work per month for the AML officer.
