Very much agree. I am working with probably 40 consultants on a team of 80. The absolute lack of pride in their work is pushing me to my breaking point. I will know if I am going to leave in a couple weeks, 2 things need to happen for me to stay; I get promoted this month and half the consultants leave. If both don't happen I think I am gone.
