There's really one option. Just leave the United States, if you can afford it. There is a massive pool of men and women outside the developed world, with different ideas of dating, as well as a more unified center of family, and friends, though, many are more socially conservative and traditional compared to Americans. Its up to you I guess, but don't pretend like the developed world is the entire world.
