A lot of good comments here. I think there is a quote I learn from Thich Nhat Hanh that I wanted to share: "you could say you sacrifice a lot to be number one in your job, but it makes no sense to say you sacrifice a lot to be happy"

- syspec 3y agoBeing happy often requires tons of sacrifice though. Atheletes winning championships are happy, they sacrificed to get there. Watching my kids have fun at disney land makes me happy, I sacrifice my time and own interest to make it happen
