What is the most effective and cost/time efficient method of detecting cancers? I'm thinking some sort of general blood test that looks for a wide variety of markers. I want to just get one of those every year like clockwork, the same way I have to do my taxes or regenerate my human skin, just so I don't get blindsided by some late stage diagnoses a few years down the road.
