What sort of shock? Were you working full-time on a single application or suite of applications for that period?
- ChrisMarshallNY 3y agoWe wrote image processing pipeline stuff in C++. Backend of the backend. The shock was encountering the value system of modern corporations and even individual ICs. I’m not going to get more specific, but let’s just say that I have a value system that does not mesh well, with today’s tech culture.
