Is there a trend of testing DDoS methods on FOSS websites now? Blender also had a DDoS attack in the last months.
- gumballindie 3y agoProbably these are easier to attack since they have less resources available to invest in infrastructure, but still have a harmful impact.
- mrd3v0 3y agoNot to mention they tend to avoid using CDNs, which alongside lack of free accessible CAPTCHA software, remain to be issues no one in FOSS circles seems to be concerned about.
- glonq 3y agoEasy targets, I guess. Gotta be tougher to expect any $$$ out of them, though!
