You likely won't see redundancy coming. Chances are you'll be dismissed out of the blue one random day.

- sumtechguy 3y agoSimilar to me. The bigger the org the less likely you are to see it. My first one I see it in hindsight at a small company. They actually asked how many pens and pencils I had in my desk.
