- persolb 3y agoThis whole things feels like the corporate equivalent of "I can't let me spouse travel. I don't trust they won't cheat on me." If a company doesn't have any way to determine employee worth other than counting heads in the office and peaking at their screen... there is a problem that won't be fixed by RTO.
