It would definitely depend on the area of the reflective surface. If it is few hundreds of km^2, which is definitely possible as we don't need any special mirror, it would be fine I guess. Even shining beam on patched up aluminium foil would work fine for sailing it. Although we would need heavier support structure then. And the risk of micrometeoroids collision will be higher.
