So, this was announced on Twitter by a hacker, denounced by the head of the SEC, then by the official Twitter account. Then on the _same day_ they published a press release on their site actually approving them, then deleted it, then republished it? What a mess.

Doesn't matter, it's done now. If anything it just shows SEC ineffectiveness. They will continue to exist however.
