- runsonrum 3y agoPaneer is brilliant. We usually make a batch if we find some milk on sale. It doesn't matter if the milk is homogenized.
- MandieD 3y agoPaneer would be an excellent one to add because it's easy to make and doesn't even require rennet, just some sort of acid (citric acid carefully added has given me the best results)
