I think unsubscription without requiring login should be already mandated by some regulations (CAN-SPAM law and maybe GDPR).
- kragen 3y agoaccording to https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/can-spam-act... the can-spam act only applies to 'any electronic mail message the primary purpose of which is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service' so it's irrelevant to mailing list discussions
