Isn’t this consistent with X’s rules that if you call for violence or crimes, you get banned. This isn’t a free speech issue. It’s a “no criminal speech” issue. So it seems like their rule is pretty clearly applied. And they have an exception for government. So I would expect that the Gaza government, that happens to be Hamas, posts criminal speech it would not be banned since that government is recognized by the UN.
