I guess, let me alter my question. What I gather from the comments is that a cultural shift is needed in order to really make a difference. Can a tool do that? Maybe, maybe not. What do you all think is a starting point to facilitate that cultural shift? How do you start getting the right behaviors started in the easiest way possible?
