That's interesting. I wonder which of the built-in apps Apple regards as being monetised via the sale of phones and which not. (Just to be clear: I have no problems believing that it is like that. I've worked at a company that spent a lot of effort on a service that earned nothing, I asked about it, the CEO looked at me blankly and just said that that service wasn't monetised. People make choices I don't understand. Why shouldn't Apple do that?)
