I do this a lot when I am studying or researching. I may even take a break from reading to stroll around the carpet in circles and draft my thoughts by speaking out loud as if I was holding a conference. While doing that, I question what I am actually saying and can often "retract" a sentence and start performing again. Maybe it would seem crazy to see me do this but it's actually a great way to actively recall what I know and have learned.
