I'm still running one of these too. It's been a great machine. Heavy daily use for nearly 10 years! I dropped it maybe 4 years in, and bent the right-rear USB port out of square. Which sucked a bit, but then about 3 years ago, the battery swelled, so I got that replaced and they gave me a new top case as part of it. Which meant the USB port worked again, and my worn-through keycap legends were replaced with brand new ones too! It cost the best part of $5000 in 2014. So that's now down to a touch over $10 a week over its lifetime. I'm hoping the next one does this well.
