I have a similar goal (1 laptop) but with a concession to have one monitor, probably with a built in USB C hub, as a docking station just for ergonomics sake.
Eventually it might be possible to only have a mobile phone that docks to a monitor and runs a full desktop os, like Samsung DEX.
- swissfunicular 3y agoI use 4K Dell U2723QE monitor as USB-C Hub, charge my laptop, connect two laptops at once, RJ-45 ethernet, and 3.5mm plug
