Speaking out loud, by contrast, allows the retrieval of our thoughts in full, using rhythm and intonation that emphasise their pragmatic and argumentative meaning, and encourages the creation of developed, complex ideas.
This totally makes sense and I can relate to this. I usually think out loud when I'm driving a coding collaboration meeting, and it makes things come together much clearer more quickly.
