I'm not personally a Data Science guy, but considering how early the JS/Jupyter ecosystem is, it was surprisingly quick to get pola.rs-based analysis up and running in TypeScript. The JS bindings certainly need a bit of love, but hopefully now that it's more accessible we'll see some iteration on it.
