Not used it for a year or two (got to a 365-day streak then decided to stop). What annoyed me most was they became one of "those" companies that goes to extreme lengths to make themselves impossible to contact (except for billing issues) - they closed all their forums, and you can endlessly search for a contact form, email address, phone number etc. and you'll find nothing.
