Hands up who else spent way too many half-hours drawing "rainbow snakes" and psychedelic cycling dots with the spray can. Well, ok. Maybe it was just me.

- PhilipG 15y agoNo, it wasn't just you!
- function_seven 15y agoDefinitely not just you. I loved DPaint, then later DPaint III. I would make cyclic animations using the symmetry tool and flood filling each section with the next cycling color. DPaint III is where my animation skills took off. All animations where of a ball that launched off ski slopes onto trampolines, through conveyer belts, and other Rube Goldberg type contraptions. I still have my A1000 in a closet. I should dust that thing off and see if it still works...
- geon 15y agoI did that a lot in Autodesk Animator on my 3/486. And it did palette cycling! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autodesk_Animator http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autodesk_Animator
- ZenPsycho 15y agoI have been trying to revive that program. I have the original source code on github if you want to help. http://animatorpro.org http://animatorpro.org
