- vkou 3y agoThis is a case about whether or not exact numbers, as opposed to orders-of-magnitude ranges of NSL requests are allowed to be published. Knowing that Twitter received 263 NSLs last year isn't more meaningfully informative to me than the knowledge that it received 100-999 NSLs last year. (PS. Your ISP or cell service provider, or pharmacy, or bank or credit union don't even care enough to publish these numbers, at all. It's a miracle if they even check that there's a valid warrant when the police ask them for information.)
