It's vague marketing speak, but I took that to mean now that you know the pan temperature you can monitor and not burn your garlic. Now I'm envisioning a stove with a stalk coming out over each burner with an infrared temperature sensor and a lidar sensor to monitor the temperature and height of each pans contents.
