I bought this some time ago: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B0CNQV8MLC/ https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B0CNQV8MLC/ (MINIS FORUM BD770i) and though I'm using it as a homelab server, it's a pretty capable desktop machine. Not sure if it fits your GPU requirements, of course.
