- anotherhue 3y agoAnd, shockingly, optional. A high court may look favourably on their decision in when you sue but it's no guarantee.

- Ecstatify 3y agoThe employer had already decided to terminate the employee's contract before the conclusion of the internal disciplinary process. If she wasn't confident about winning, she wouldn't be pursuing the claim; clearly, she has received guidance from legal professionals.
