The CPU power state issue is resolved in the latest BIOS update. It's not on LVFS until they resolve some certification issue, but you can burn the update ISO to a USB stick and boot from that. Also, mine is outfitted with 64GB of RAM; not sure if this is still available from the Lenovo store.
