That's just objectively wrong.
systemd uses less privileged accounts for many parts, for example systemd-networkd runs as the systemd-network user.
This is different from the classic UNIX way of running everything as root (ISC DHCP Client, NetworkManager, ifupdown, ... all just run as root).
