Not so fast. So how many times can you go around a roundabout for the police to decide you are obstructing traffic? What if you do it a few times and then leave round about only to come back a minute later?
- nkrisc 3y agoDoesn’t matter. If it becomes a problem, they’ll stop it. If you’re going around constantly and it’s not causing a problem, no one will care.
