It's not the same, because driving in a circle on a roundabout is not obviously against the law
- nkrisc 3y agoIt is the same because if you’re blocking traffic they’ll stop you, law or no law. And almost certainly there is some general law against impeding traffic anyway.
- pi-e-sigma 3y agoYou are not blocking traffic though because you are driving. That's the point. If driving can be considered blocking traffic then the police can also stop you for driving on a straight road because you also taking 'capacity' out
- nkrisc 3y ago> You are not blocking traffic though because you are driving. That's the point. Then if you’re not blocking traffic, there’s no DOS, and there’s no problem. > If driving can be considered blocking traffic then the police can also stop you for driving on a straight road because you also taking 'capacity' out They can and they will. If you’re impeding traffic in any way and it’s causing a problem, they will stop you. This isn’t code. There aren’t loopholes. There have the power to stop you and they will if you’re causing trouble. Even if it’s “technically legal” they’ll still probably arrest you just to stop you and let you go later.
