I believe that when you set out to learn something, the onus is on you to find the best ways to appropriate the knowledge. Do not expect knowledge to be imparted onto you, it's your role to reach out to it. A lot of the time it will be a painful and exhausting thing, but that's natural. If you set out searching for easy learning, you'll only get frustrated and limit your options.
