Samsung plans to eliminate humans from its chip fabs by 2030
- bob1029 3y agoWhen I was working at the A2/S2 lines in 2013, they had automation rates upwards of 90%. I can totally see how they'd go about this. The benefit to yield will be substantial if they can pull this off.
