It would be nice to be able to take a long-term view of your career like this, asking what you could do over the course of a few decades to really pay off big time.
Alas, nobody has that kind of visibility into the future. And if you did, you'd find that after your hair turns grey, your skills which you've spent a lifetime honing to perfection are going to be viewed as completely worthless.
The fact that somebody who is able to work 3 jobs can still get laid off from 2 of them, pretty much says all you need to know about the rationality of having 3 jobs. Get as much money as you can, as fast as you can, while you can.
Even if you can't work 3 jobs at once, it’s a good idea to continually be in job search mode. Even while you have a job, accept another one before quitting and see if you really like it better. You can be damn sure your company. Is continuously hiring workers to see if they like them better than you.
