- pjmlp 3y agoMozzilla had an opportunity with Firefox OS and blew it, by caring too much about FOSS ideals instead of OEMs willing to make great experiences.
- ksec 3y agoOh it wasn't just FOSS, it was ideology over everything ( e.g Everything should be Javascript ) and complete lack of understanding on hardware. It is also an observation that to this day most people working on web related technology has similar problems.
- pjmlp 3y agoTrue, at least WebOS also has first class for C and C++ apps, and LG takes advantage of it.
