The first post went up in August 2010. The domain is slightly older than that, but not much. Right now there are one or two posts per week. My mom used to post more regularly but we found that it's more effective to focus on quality rather than quantity. It's generally pretty easy to predict in advance which posts will be popular, so she just puts more effort into those and leaves out the filler.
