Oh man. "Ghost jobs" are 100% real. I interviewed dozens of candidates for a couple roles last year that ended up not being real. Once I finally realized it, I was pissed. Not only was I wasting my time but we were wasting their time and burning my credibility. I remember looking at an event last year where I'd interviewed 20% of the presenters. :(
