What came first - the chicken or the egg?
Government roads effectively subsidies access to land.
- explaininjs 3y agoThe parcels in question (near JTNP) are almost entirely empty BLM land that was bought up in masse by housing developers, developed, then cut up and sold to individuals. BLM wasn’t going around building gross grids into their parcels in hope to drive the value up for homeowners.
