That kind of behaviour leads to a lot of valuable people abandoning workplaces because they can't stand the abusive atmosphere. In the end all that's left are the shouty arseholes and that doesn't do anyone any favors.
- 1attice 3y agoCorrect. But my original post is not normative, but rather descriptive. Despite how things should be, this is how they are. I've found that it's extraordinarily valuable to separate these two cognitive modes wherever possible.
