Sounds like what you're looking for is the Qin F22 Pro[1] It's got a cult following among dumbphone and dumb-er-phone enthusiasts (think Lightphone, Punkt, etc) and has personally tempted me, but I'm put off by it being a Xiaomi product and haven't been able to decide if that hardware is safe enough for me to consider using after a ROM swap.
