Interesting. They raised $32M in Sep 2022 and now are shutting down because got acqui-hired by Airtable. Wonder what happens to the investors in this case ? Is this considered a loss overall ? What about existing customers of Airplane ?
- vlugovsky 3y agoThere's a separate discussion about that here: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=38861271 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=38861271 But shortly, customers are told that the product will be shut down in 3 months, and they will be reached out. This probably means that they will need to find another solution. As for investors, this depends on the cap table and termsheets.
