Doesn't that mean that over half the time, 55%, it's sometimes equal and, more likely so, worse?
- ColonelPhantom 3y agoWell, it mentions comparison against multiple other algorithms. So if those 55% are divided between a bunch of other algorithms, being the best in 45% could mean it's the best more often than any other algorithm.
