They are trying to establish the level of annoyance acceptable to their customers. Once people start to leave they won't increase any more.
- HenryBemis 3y agoLet me reword this for you.. "Once a small acceptable number of people start to leave they won't increase any more." Anyone (?) can leave with a small number of 'unimportant' clients to leave. And true, they tweak the level of annoyance to hit a balance. Remember the rule that one should fire the clients that are not profitable enough (and 'profitable' is a subjective term).
