To add to this.. if the country is going downhill, there will be a brain-drain. This makes it risky for you (shitty private & public sector). And/but at the same time you get the chance to be the next 'king' of that village. If you are willing to tolerate a failing economy, the corruption that comes with it, and keep you eyes on the prize (hard work & money) then you will win this race, big time. Just think long-run, strategic, and let the silly people win the small silly fights, while you go for the gold.
