- miika_raitakari 3y agoYeah, that's a good point! Thank your for the feedback. The chatbot would be an added bonus to the guest communication, so if there would be a need to specifically talk / ask questions to the real host, they would still be available. With the chatbot the guests can get answers to their questions without needing to wait and bother the hosts. :)
