    It's all about the neckbeard, typing slowly and deliberately, coming across as semi-helpfully opinionated in a monotone register, craning ones eyes and neck down to the monitor, and wearing a gray hoodie, or so I've been told. Maybe it's writing an HP 48 emulator in LISP with a brainfuck microarchitecture that also produces itself as a quine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
