For me the original https link fails with "SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG" The http link redirected to safebrowse.io/warn.html where there is a "Proceed Anyway" link to get to the content.
